Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 2nd December at 7pm - Online.

Hello to all members!

2020 has been a challenging one for Inch House, with the building being closed since March and Edinburgh Council showing no sign of reopening Community Centres any time soon. With that in mind, the Management Committee have taken the decision to extend all memberships for an extra year, meaning that there will be no membership fees due for this year.

Our 2020 AGM was supposed to be held in June, however the Scottish Charities Regulator, OSCR, was advising charities that they could not hold ‘virtual’ AGMs during the coronavirus crisis unless their constitution allowed it, which ours does not. This advice has changed in recent weeks, and we are therefore going to hold an online Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 2nd December at 7pm.


We also need to elect a new Management Committee on the evening, of between 8 and 12 people. Please consider standing if you would like to help shape the future of Inch House! A new Chairperson will also be elected on the night.


Members will be sent an email or regular postal mail where they will find the agenda for the evening, and amendments to be voted on.
